Diplômée en Design graphique et avec une Maîtrise en Cinéma du Royal College of Art en Angleterre, j’ai travaillé plusieurs années à Paris en production multimédia avant de venir au Canada. Ensuite j’ai enseigné le Design graphique à Vancouver (collégial) et à l’Université Laval à Québec pendant dix ans, où j'ai réalisé un film d’animation et monté deux solo expositions de multimédia.

Il y a vingt ans j’ai découvert une passion pour la sculpture sur bois. Je cherche l’âme dans chaque morceau de bois et je tente de le faire revivre avec des courbes et des formes non-figuratives. Sculpter le bois devient la source d’une sérénité profonde.

With a Graphic design diploma and a Masters in Film from the Royal College of Art, I worked in multimedia production in Paris before I came to Canada. Later I taught Graphic design in Vancouver (college level) and at Laval University in Quebec for ten years, where I made an animated film and had two solo multimedia exhibitions.

Twenty years ago, I discovered a passion for wood sculpting. I search for the soul in each piece of wood and attempt to bring it back to life with non-figurative curves and forms. Sculpting wood becomes the source of a deep serenity.
