Je crois que l'art touche au-delà des mots.

Elle rejoint les spectateurs dans un espace unique, intime et innommable. Et c’est dans cet espace particulier à chacun que mes œuvres cherchent et à toucher le spectateur.

Ma pratique est intensive, elle fait partie de mon quotidien, au rythme d'un dessin par jour, mes créations sont spontanées, instinctive et directes. Cette cadence me permet de développer un geste libéré et fluide. Dans le jeu de la matière et des traces, le sujet se révèle avec les secrets qui lui sont propres.

Je travaille essentiellement le dessin en expérimentant les diverses possibilités offertes par le fusain, le pastel et le graphite et leur interaction avec différents médiums inhabituels (alcool, acétone, etc.) L'expérimentation technique fait partie de mon image.

Fascinée par une figuration transformée, mes oeuvres s'élaborent entre ce qui est montré et ce qui se devine, entre la présence du paysage et la résonance que l'image trouve dans le vécu du spectateur.

Ces paysages, à la frontière du réel et de l’imaginaire, explorent la poésie silencieuse des espaces naturels — l’intimité d’un sous-bois, la lumière rasante d’un rivage, le frisson de l’air au sommet d’une colline. À travers ces œuvres, il s’agit de capter non seulement une image mais une sensation, une atmosphère : la douceur d’un souffle, le murmure d’un horizon.

Le pastel, par sa matière poudreuse et veloutée, permet une approche sensible et immersive. Chaque œuvre est une invitation à la contemplation, à ralentir, à lire le paysage comme un poème visuel.

I believe that art reaches beyond words.

It reaches the viewer in a unique, intimate and unspeakable space. And it's in this very space that my work seeks to touch the viewer.

My practice is intensive, part of my daily routine, at the rate of one drawing a day, my creations are spontaneous, instinctive and direct. This rhythm allows me to develop a free, fluid gesture. In the interplay of matter and traces, the subject reveals itself with its own secrets.

I work mainly with drawing, experimenting with the various possibilities offered by charcoal, pastel and graphite and their interaction with various unusual media (alcohol, acetone, etc.) Technical experimentation is part of my image.

Fascinated by a transformed figuration, my works develop between what is shown and what is guessed, between the presence of the landscape and the resonance that the image finds in the viewer's experience.

These landscapes, on the border between the real and the imaginary, explore the silent poetry of natural spaces - the intimacy of an undergrowth, the low-angled light of a shoreline, the chill of the air at the top of a hill. In these works, the aim is to capture not just an image, but a sensation, an atmosphere: the softness of a breath, the murmur of a horizon.

Pastel, with its powdery, velvety texture, enables a sensitive, immersive approach. Each work is an invitation to contemplate, to slow down, to read the landscape as a visual poem.
